All items ordered from our website are custom and printed on demand just for you. This process takes a bit longer than traditional "non-custom" products as special attention and processes are required to prepare your items.

During off-peak months orders are processed within 3-5 business days and ready for shipping. During peak seasonal/holiday months, orders are processed within 7-10 business days and ready for shipping.

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as USA: 3–4 business days.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

Ask your local post office if they have your package.

Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at admin@cryptoland.today with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at admin@cryptoland.today.

Some products can take longer to create and those items will ship at different times even though you've purchased them in the same order. If you end up in this situation, please refer to the tracking numbers that are sent to you via email.

If it has been more than 14 days since your order date, and you still have not received your shipment, please contact us.

We allow changes to any order as long as it has not been longer than 24 hours since the time of your purchase. Customers can contact us here to request changes to an order.

First off, make sure to look at our size chart! The T-Shirts we sell are the BEST quality, softest tees made, period. So make sure to take a look at our size chart (which is located near where you select your size on every single product we sell).

What if an item ends up not fitting? No problem. Let's get you hooked up with the proper size. What good are cryptoland clothes if nobody can enjoy them? Contact us at admin@cryptoland.today for resolution. Please make sure to let us know what size you need.

Issues with sizing must be reported within 21 days from the delivery date of your order.

While incredibly rare, unfortunately this can happen sometimes. For the fastest resolution, please send us a photo showing the poor quality print or the damaged area of the item.

This covers you for things like receiving a garment with a hole, a tear, a stain, an issue with the print/ink, an off centered print, receiving the wrong design by accident, etc. Basically anything that ends up "wrong" with your order.

We'll replace the items for you but issues must be reported within 21 days from the delivery date of your order.

We accept most major credit cards, as well as Paypal (just make sure to fill out your billing and shipping addresses first). Please note, we can only accept one form of payment for each order.

Our Men and Women's T-Shirts are made by Bella + Canvas brand, featuring 100% airlume ring-spun and combed cotton. There is no better quality cotton on planet earth. In some cases, depending on inventory issues that have occurred due to COVID-19, we will fulfill with a comparable quality material. Both options are of equal quality and similar style/fit.

Combed and ring-spun cotton is considered the highest quality cotton which is much more refined than what you would find in a traditional "100% cotton" T-Shirt. After the cotton fibers have been spun, they're combed to remove any impurities or imperfect strands. The end result is a very, very soft, well made T-Shirt.
